1. Who we are

The Grid for Technical Solutions Establishment (Grid), based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. For privacy matters, contact info@grid.sa.

2. Data we collect

This website has no sign-up forms and uses no advertising cookies. Apart from the consent-based analytics described in the next section, we collect data only in these two cases:

  • When you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp: your name, the contact details you provide (email and/or phone number), and the content of your message.
  • Technical server logs generated automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, and request time, used solely to operate and secure the site.

3. Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and how visitors arrive. The tool loads only after you allow the "Google Analytics" service in the cookie notice; until then, no request is sent to Google. If you allow it, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives your IP address and sets measurement cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the site footer, and it stops loading from your next visit.

4. Purpose of collection

We use your data to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, communicate with you about them, and operate and secure the website. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

5. WhatsApp Business

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and message content for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and delivering the requested service. WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's own policies as the service provider.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Your data may be processed by service providers we rely on to operate our services (such as Meta/WhatsApp when you message us there, our website hosting provider, and Google when you allow analytics), only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We may disclose data where required by applicable Saudi law or by a competent authority.

7. Retention and your rights

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted. You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@grid.sa.

8. PDPL compliance

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

9. Privacy inquiries

For any question about privacy or the processing of your data: info@grid.sa.
