These terms govern your use of grid.sa and the services provided by The Grid for Technical Solutions Establishment (Grid).

We build software solutions and integrated systems, and we provide GridOne, a CRM and business management platform, together with related communication services including WhatsApp Business messaging.

You agree not to misuse the site or the services, including attempting unauthorized access to our systems or those of our clients, using the services for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with or disrupting the service.
5. Intellectual property
The site content, the Grid logo, and product names including GridOne are owned by the establishment. They may not be used or copied without prior written permission.
6. Third-party services
Some of our services rely on external providers. Your use of WhatsApp/Meta services is also subject to that company's terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their services or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is. We take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit any rights granted to you by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
